The bedroom is your ultimately favorite place at home.
The one you relax in, you sleep in, you share in, you love in. The one that brings you joys, but calmness, too. The warmest room in your house that is the home of your soul and not just one of the many.
And because of all these, it needs more special care and it deserves more than just a vacuum cleaning, fast dusting, and changing of the bed sheets every once in a while. This room has to be cleaned on deeper and more complex level and you should not neglect those three tasks:
The Mattress
Most probably, you are changing the bed sheets once every week or so. How often do you clean your mattress, though? It accumulates so much dust and dirt that you breathe overnights when you are supposed to reenergize yourself, that it is a shame you neglect its cleaning. With just baking soda and some clean water you may do miracles.
The Cobwebs
They seem of no great importance. Something as tiny as the many cobwebs in the corners could do no harm, you may think. But in reality, the dust gets stuck in the cobwebs and goes directly to your lungs thereafter.
The Dust, but Really
Ok, certainly you remove the dust in your bedroom, but the real question is how. Do you move all the books so that you clean beneath them and do you clean them one by one? Do you remove the dust from the light fixtures and from into the shelves? Not really, right? And you have to. The dust is the household’s biggest enemy and once you remove it more deeply, it will be much easier to clean every other time.
